Здравствуйте! Моему ребенку 5лет. Сдали анализ крови и вот результат: гемоглобин-135, эритроциты-4,71(повышено), цветной показатель-0,86, гематорит-35,5(понижено),средний объем эритроциты-75,3(понижено),среднее содержание Hb в эритроците-28,7, средняя концентрация Hb в эритроците-380(повышено), распределение эритроцитов по объему-13,5, распределение гемоглобина по объему -29,6, тромбоциты-198, тромбокрит-0,230, средний объем тромбоцита-8,0, распределение тромбоцитов по объему-28,0,лейкоциты-6,38, сегментоядерные- 44,7(понижено)и 2,86, эозинофилы-1,8 и 0,11 , базофилы-0,5 и 0,03, моноциты-14,4(повышено) и 0,92(повышено), лимфоциты-38,6 и 2,46, плазматические клетки-5(повышено), СОЭ-13.
Пожалуйста подскажите что это все значит? У нас еще обнаружен цитомегаловирус положительно 0,577 вирус герпесаIgG положительно. Ребенок лежал в больнице с хроническим пиелонефритом в марте было вирусное воспаление(стрептококк) снижение СКФ

Здравствуйте,доктор,помогите разобраться пожалуйста.Роды в ноябре 2011-родился кг-3280,рост-50 см,каждый месяц прибавка 1-1.2кг,рост 4-5 см в месяц.В апреле у ребенка кишечная инфекция,лечились в больнице,гемоглобин-70,после выписки 80.После больницы педиатр ни чего не назначила,якобы сам повыситься.Сейчас ребенку 6.5 месяцев(почти 7),на грудном вскармливании вес-9 кг, рост 71.5 см.Ребенок бледный, в независимой лаборатории сдали гемоглобин -у ребенка-84(норма 112-132).я тоже сдала анализ крови -у меня тоже анемия гемоглобин- 110(120-140), эритроциты-4.92(3.9-4.7),ЦВЕТОВОЙ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЬ-0.7(0.85-1.05),тромбоциты-307(180-320),Лейкоциты 6.9 (4.0-9,0),палочкоядерные-2(1.0-6.0),сегментоядерные-51(47-72),эозинофилы-2(0.5-5.0),лимфоциты-33(19-37),МОНОЦИТЫ-12(3.0-11.0),СОЭ-24(2-20),гематокрит35.7(39-48),СРЕДНИЙ ОБЬЕМ ЭРИТРОЦИТа-73(80-100),СРЕДНЕЕ СОДЕРЖАНИе ГЕМОГЛОБИНА В ЭРОТРОЦИТЕ-23.6(26-34),широта распределения эритроцитов-16.2(11.5-14.5),тромбокрит-0.26(0.15-032),средний объем тромбоцитов -8.5(6.2-10)..И чем угрожает повышение моноцитов,широта распределения эритроцитов,СОЭ,
понижение-гемоглобин,цветовой показатель.Подскажите пожалуйста если ребенок на грудном вскармливании и у меня понижен гемоглобин можно ли принимать препараты железа.

Подчелюстной лимфоузел так же увеличен, паховый болит еще сильнее, горло так же покрасневшее. Что это может быть и к кому мне обратиться за помощью?
