МАТКА:положение retroflexio, контуры четкие, неровные. Размеры 50*50*57мм, толщина передней стенки равна толщине задней. Структура миометирия неоднородная,ячеистая. По задней стенке матки справа у дна субсерозно определяется миоматозный узел с четкими контурами d 17мм.Граница эндометрия нечеткая,неровная. Эндометрий 5.5 мм однородной эхогенности.полость матки не расширена.
Шейки матки длиной 37мм с множественными анэхогенными кистами эндоцервикса 3.5-10мм и кистами с изоэхогенным содержимым(эндометриоидными)
Правый яичник: расположен типично 38*19мм, фолликулы d 3.-6.5мм, маточная труба не дифференцируется
Левый яичник: расположен типично 34*21мм, фолликулы d 3-6мм маточная труба не дифференцируется.
Обьемные образования не выявлены.Свободная жидкость в малом тазу не визуализируется.
Прошел год,я лечилась.Кисты прижигали,пила таблетки,а так же дюфастон в течение полугода,когда пила дюфастон началось типа кровотечения в течение двух недель,но было не обильное выделение,сходив снова к врачу ,на узи уэе были другие результаты.
Матка:длина 53.3 мм,передне задний размер54.2,ширина 45.2мм,расположена в срединном положении,retroflexio,Контуры четкие.Структура неоднородная,гипоэхогенными включениями ,субсерозный узел15мм по задней стенке,миомитозный баланс.к дну.М эхо 2.4 мм ,полость матки не деформирована.Границы полости четкая.
Первый яичник:25.3мм,16,5мм,22.5ммрасположены в типичном месте по реберу.Струкьура гомогенная,фолликулы определяются с максимальным диаметром от 4.5 до 5.7 мм
Левый яичник:30.5мм 13.6мм,22.9мм расположен по ребру.фолликулы определяются с максим.диаметром от 4.2 до 4.6 мм.Заключение :признаки ДМК,НМЦ,миома т,матки малых размеров (узловая форма)Эндометриоз под вопросом...
Мне сейчас 31 год,есть ребенок,но хочу еще одного,забеременить не могу ,прописали регулон на 3 месяц,ЧТОБ восстановить менстр.цикл.Скажи пожалуйста ,могу ли я вообще забеременить с таким диагнозом,и поможет ли мне вообще регулон??Спасибо

После хирургического лечения в обьеме радикальной мастэктомии по Маддену был поставлен диагноз BL прав.мж 2А ст.T1N1M0 и выработан план лечения:1.курс лучевой терапии на мягкие ткани грудной стенки,все зоны регионарного лимфсоттока.2.Проведение курсов ПХТ по схеме CAF.3.Гормонотерапия. 13 сеансов лучевой терапии были проведены с перерывами(4 дня после 5 сеансов ушло на нормализацию анализа по лейкоцитам плюс майские праздники).Осталось 3 сеанса.Для дальнейшего выполнения следующего пункта плана лечения химиотерапевт дает еще 10 дней для воостановления организма: в итоге 2.5 месяца после операции; по мнению химтерапевта нужно было проводить ПХТ до 2 месяцев.Вопрос;Целесообразно ли проводить ПХТ после 2.5 месяцев со дня операции? Здравствуйте! у моего брата, которому 24 года, на протяжении 3-х лет сильно болит голова. Боль возникает резко и очень сильная и так же резко проходит. Он сделал все возможные обследования в области головы и шеи - результаты хорошие, нарушений нет. Ему ставили и вегето-сосудистую дистонию, и шейный хандроз, но все лечение, связанное с этими заболеваниями результатов не приносит. Пару лет назад он упал с лестницы, после чего он стал испытывать постоянную заложенность носа и полностью потерял обоняние. Плюс ко всему у него сильно кровоточат десны, особенно по утрам - вся подушка в крови. Посоветуйте и подскажите, в чем может быть причина его сильных головных болей.
